1. Services Provided

BeBaat provides custom B2B lead research and personalized outreach copywriting delivered in electronic spreadsheet format (Excel or Google Sheets), as well as a free editorial research newsletter dispatch. BeBaat is not an email sending software service for client cold email campaigns; clients execute their own outbound sending using their own infrastructure and tools.

2. Newsletter Subscriptions & Third-Party Infrastructure (Beehiiv)

Subscribers to The BeBaat Research Dispatch receive free editorial research notes, frameworks, and campaign teardowns. Our newsletter publishing infrastructure, subscriber management, email forms, and newsletter distribution are powered by Beehiiv Inc. (beehiiv.com).

By subscribing, you agree to provide an accurate email address and consent to receive email communications dispatched through Beehiiv on behalf of BeBaat. You may cancel or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link provided in every issue.

BeBaat reserves the right to modify newsletter delivery frequency, content structure, or discontinue the free newsletter service at any time without prior liability.

3. Batch Pricing & Payment

Paid research services are sold on a usage-based batch model (e.g. $0.50 per researched lead, $0.50 per outreach touch set). Payment for batches is due upon ordering or according to mutually agreed invoice schedules.

There are no mandatory subscriptions, seat licenses, or annual lock-in commitments unless explicitly agreed in a custom enterprise contract.

4. Deliverability & Replacement Guarantee

We guarantee 80%+ deliverability on verified work emails delivered in paid batches. If a client experiences bounce rates exceeding 20% on any completed batch due to invalid contacts, BeBaat will replace those invalid contacts free of charge upon receiving the bounce report within 14 days of batch delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities & Compliance

Clients agree to use research deliverables in compliance with applicable anti-spam and privacy regulations (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA where applicable). Clients maintain full control over their own outbound sending practices and domain reputations.
