BeBaat provides done-for-you B2B lead research services and publishes a free research newsletter dispatch. We collect business contact information from public sources (company websites, corporate registries, social media profiles, press releases) strictly for business-to-business (B2B) prospecting purposes.

Information collected includes professional business details: decision-maker names, corporate email addresses, job titles, LinkedIn profile URLs, and company research notes.

2. How We Use Collected Data

Data collected is compiled into custom research spreadsheets delivered directly to our paid clients for legitimate B2B sales outreach. We do not sell consumer (B2C) data, sensitive personal information, or private financial records.

3. Newsletter & Email Subscriptions (Beehiiv Integration)

When you subscribe to The BeBaat Research Dispatch or sign up for newsletter updates, we collect your email address. Our newsletter platform, email distribution, subscriber database, and subscription forms are operated and hosted by our third-party email service provider, Beehiiv Inc. (beehiiv.com).

By subscribing, you acknowledge that your email address and subscription interaction data (such as email opens and link clicks) will be transferred to and processed by Beehiiv in accordance with Beehiiv's Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

We use this information solely to send you our research dispatches, frameworks, and service updates. You may opt out of newsletter dispatches at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included at the bottom of every email powered by Beehiiv.

4. Client Information

When clients sign up for free trials or purchase batch research packages, we collect contact information (name, work email, company name, website, and ideal customer profile details). This information is used exclusively to deliver research batches and communicate regarding service requests.

5. Data Removal Requests (Opt-Out)

If you are a business professional and wish to have your public business contact information removed from our research index, or if you wish to be unsubscribed from our newsletter dispatches, please email us at privacy@bebaat.com or click the unsubscribe link in any newsletter issue. All opt-out requests are processed within 5 business days.
