We stand behind our product. If you are not completely satisfied with BeBaat within the first 7 days of your purchase, we will refund your full payment. No questions asked.
To request a refund, simply email us at support@bebaat.com with your account details and receipt number. Our team will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bebaat.com.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.
